Bio

My name is Gregory Mattison. I currently play outfield and am a right-handed pitcher for my club team, Sticks Southwest. I am a 2024 and attend Canyon View High School in Waddell, Arizona. I am the oldest in my family to my sister, Mattea and my brother Maxten.

In addition to baseball, I also play soccer and am involved in several clubs. I am an active member of the National Honors Society, Key Club and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. When I have free time, I enjoy volunteering to help my dad coach my brother in Little League and log volunteer hours umpiring in the league as well.

I am interested in studying engineering in college and am targeting schools that will align to my goal of becoming a software engineer. I am studying Advanced Placement Coding and have enjoyed a STEM pathway which is preparing me for my transition into an engineering program in college.

Baseball has been such a big part of my life. I am a dedicated and hardworking student-athlete who is looking to play at the next level.
