Ever since I picked up a baseball bat, I’ve known the game would be a lifelong passion.
My dream of playing at the collegiate level is just as strong today as it was when I was a
kid. Baseball isn’t just a game to me; it’s a lifestyle, my happy place, and where I truly
feel I belong.
I’m committed to finding a program where I can contribute not only with my athletic
abilities and knowledge of the game but also through my academic dedication. While
enrolled at Truckee High School, I have also enrolled in classes at Sierra College in the
areas of business and kinesiology to prepare for a future career in the game as a
coach, trainer, or front office executive. My goal is to never leave the sport I love, even
after my playing days are over.
When I’m not on the field, I enjoy spending time with my family and our pets. I’m very
close with my family (mom, dad and sister) and my grandparents. I make it a point to
talk to my grandparents on the phone every day. These relationships are incredibly
important to me. I also love to get outdoors—camping, traveling with my family, fishing,
and backpacking. I also believe in giving back to my community by volunteering with
younger baseball and basketball players. These experiences have taught me the value
of teamwork and leadership, both on and off the field.
